Most people in the world today are struggling with their weight and health to some degree. But how can this be, when the world has a multi-billion dollar medical industry that provides us with thousands of products, treatments and information designed to make us lose weight and feel better?


The main problem is the products, treatments and information that we are advised to use. These products, the information and the people who sell it, are all manipulated by what has become a greedy and corrupt health system.




If you want to feel great and look even better, you have to do something significant, you have to make a lifestyle change. The reality is, by taking advice from anyone wearing a white coat, or anyone with a mainstream education, you are probably destined to fail! Remember, these professionals are educated by a system that keeps us fat and sick.


Believe it or not, this is the truth.

Here's an example; my Asthma doctor gave me steroid inhalers for 30 years, to control my asthma attacks and help me breath normally. From his education and experience, he was certain that this was the best and only way to treat the disease.

After 30 years of suffering (and a major health scare) I worked out how to fix my asthma once and for all… without the use of prescription drugs and I fixed it literally over night! So, which path would you rather follow; drugs that damage your body and shorten your life, to give you only temporary relief from symptoms, or the non-toxic approach, using no drugs and achieving long term, life saving results, with the bonus of increased levels of health and wellness?

Now, when it comes to getting fit and looking muscular, again, most people have the wrong idea. The fitness magazines and personal trainers will generally tell people to eat 6 to 8 meals a day and workout 5 or 6 days a week, and perform 20 minutes of cardio each day. This, of course, is not necessary.


Animals in the wild have no issues with obesity or disease, and at the same time, they are physically perfect and very strong. Do animals go to the gym to lift weights every day? Do animals run on treadmills for hours at a time? The reality is that animals spend a lot of time resting, and only a very small amount of time exerting themselves.

Let's get our priorities right! Like me, I'm sure you value your car. Now is the time for you to realize, that your body is your vehicle through life. It is the greatest and most valuable thing that you will ever own! Don't you think it's time you learned how to look after it? Wouldn't it be great to know how to make it work and feel better?
